Haval UAE's 2026 sheet lists the All-New H9 with an 8-speed automatic made by ZF and 4WD, and the model page mentions locking differentials. The automatic needs the transmission fluid Haval specifies, and the 4WD driveline adds other lubricated units whose oils are separate products. ShipMyPart has not verified any of these fluids, their quantities or intervals, or which units are filled separately, so we confirm everything by VIN.

Fluid specifications for this model are confirmed by VIN on request.
The ZF 8-speed in the H9 uses a hydraulic torque converter and planetary gearsets. Its fluid transmits power in the converter, operates the shift elements, lubricates and cools. Friction behaviour is tuned with the gearbox software, so the fluid must be the one named in Haval's service data for this gearbox. Ask for that specification by name rather than a "universal" automatic fluid.
On a 4WD vehicle, the gearbox fluid normally does not lubricate the transfer case or the axles. Each of those units usually has its own oil and its own fill plug, and their oils are made for gears under heavy load rather than for a hydraulic automatic. Mixing them up is one of the more expensive servicing mistakes. Haval UAE does not list the H9's fill points, so we check them by VIN before quoting.
The 2026 sheet gives the H9 a wading depth of 800 mm. Driving through water up to that depth is what the vehicle is built for, but water can still enter axle and transfer-case breathers when hot units are suddenly cooled. As general guidance, after a deep crossing have the differential and transfer case oils checked for a milky appearance, which indicates water contamination.
Harsh or delayed shifts when cold, a flare in revs between gears, a gearbox warning after towing in heat, or a clunk through the propeller shaft when moving off can each have several causes, from fluid condition to software or mounts. Note when it happens; the workshop diagnosis decides what is needed.
With your VIN we confirm the gearbox and 4WD hardware and the fluids Haval specifies for each unit. If your workshop identifies a failed part, we can source it, including the ZF automatic gearbox, transfer case or differential, for delivery in the UAE.
Compatibility verification required
No fluid or part is listed here until its specification has been checked against Haval's requirement for your vehicle. Send your VIN and we will confirm what fits before you order.
Send your VIN (chassis number) and we will confirm the correct transmission fluid for your Haval H9.
Haval UAE's 2026 sheet lists an 8-speed automatic made by ZF, with 4WD.
Usually not on a 4WD; the transfer case and differentials normally use their own oils. We confirm the H9 layout by VIN.
The fluid named in Haval's service data for this gearbox. ShipMyPart has not verified it yet.
As general guidance, yes: have them checked for a milky look after a deep crossing.
ShipMyPart has not verified the quantity; we confirm it by VIN.
Follow the service book or a Haval service centre, including severe use such as towing. We don't quote an interval until it is verified.
