Haval UAE’s 2026 sheet lists the All-New H6 with a 9-speed dual-clutch transmission (9DCT) and 4WD. The 9DCT needs the fluid Haval specifies for it, not a general automatic transmission fluid, and the sheet does not say whether its clutches are wet or dry. The 4WD driveline adds units with their own lubricants. ShipMyPart has not verified any of these fluids, quantities or intervals, and older H6 generations may have a different gearbox, so we confirm by VIN first.

Fluid specifications for this model are confirmed by VIN on request.
A dual-clutch gearbox splits its gears between two clutches, so the next gear is already selected before the shift happens. Spreading the range over nine gears keeps the turbo engine near its strongest torque, but in stop-start traffic it also means many shifts and many clutch engagements. Whatever the 9DCT’s clutch design, its fluid lubricates gears, bearings and the shift mechanism, and its condition shows in how smoothly the car moves off.
Drive to the rear wheels passes through further components, typically a transfer or coupling unit, a propeller shaft and a rear differential. Gear sets and couplings like these are usually lubricated separately from the gearbox. Haval UAE does not publish which H6 units are separately filled or what they take, so we confirm it from the VIN rather than guess.
These are possible causes to investigate, not a diagnosis. Fault codes stored in the control modules are often the quickest clue.
| Ask the workshop | Reason |
|---|---|
| Which units are due? | The 9DCT and the 4WD units may run on different schedules |
| Is an adaptation needed? | Dual-clutch gearboxes often relearn clutch engagement after fluid or clutch work |
| Which generation is it? | The VIN, not the badge, decides the gearbox |
Most H6 gearbox enquiries start with one of three things: a service that is due, a shudder in traffic, or a warning message. Whichever it is, mention it with the VIN. For routine work we quote the fluids Haval names for the 9DCT and 4WD units; when a fault has been diagnosed we can also source the part, up to a complete 9DCT gearbox.
Compatibility verification required
No fluid or part is listed here until its specification has been checked against Haval's requirement for your vehicle. Send your VIN and we will confirm what fits before you order.
Send your VIN (chassis number) and we will confirm the correct transmission fluid for your Haval H6.
Haval UAE’s 2026 sheet lists a 9-speed dual-clutch transmission (9DCT) with 4WD.
The official sheet does not say. We identify the gearbox from your VIN before recommending a fluid.
Not necessarily. Earlier generations are not on the current sheet, so the VIN decides.
Only if Haval specifies it. A dual-clutch gearbox needs the fluid named in Haval’s service data.
Usually such units are lubricated separately, but Haval UAE does not publish the H6 details. We confirm by VIN.
ShipMyPart has not verified the quantity; we confirm it by VIN.
