As a plug-in hybrid, the Jetour T2 i-DM has more to keep cool than a petrol car: Jetour UAE's 2027 sheet lists the SQRH4J15 1.5T engine, three electric motors and a 43.24 kWh LiFePO4 battery. The sheet does not say how many coolant circuits there are or which coolant each uses. ShipMyPart has not verified any coolant specification, capacity or interval, so we confirm what your T2 i-DM needs by VIN before supplying coolant or cooling parts.
Whether these share a coolant circuit or use separate ones is not published. Your VIN tells us the exact specification for each.

Fluid specifications for this model are confirmed by VIN on request.
Many plug-in hybrids keep the engine on one circuit and the battery or power electronics on another, sometimes with different coolant requirements, because the battery needs to stay much cooler than an engine. Until Jetour's data for the T2 i-DM confirms the layout, treat any reservoir you find as belonging to a specific circuit and top it up only with the coolant specified for that circuit.
Charging quickly pushes heat into the battery, and a UAE car park in July adds more from outside. The car's thermal management works to keep the battery in its comfortable range, using the cooling system and often the air-conditioning. If fast charging slows down noticeably in the heat, that is usually the system protecting the battery; repeated cooling warnings are a reason to have it checked.
Where you can, charge in shade or in the cooler hours.
The SQRH4J15 may run less often than in a petrol car, but when it does it works hard, sometimes from cold. The usual cooling parts still apply: radiator, water pump, thermostat and hoses. A leak on the engine circuit can stay hidden for days when you drive mostly electric, so look at the levels regularly.
| Warning | What to do |
|---|---|
| Engine temperature high | Stop safely and switch off; don't keep driving |
| Battery or high-voltage system temperature | Follow the cluster message; have the hybrid system checked |
| A coolant level keeps falling | Pressure-test the right circuit before topping up again |
Send the VIN and tell us which reservoir or warning you are dealing with. We confirm the coolant Jetour specifies for that circuit and quote it with any cooling parts your workshop needs, delivered in the UAE.
Compatibility verification required
No fluid or part is listed here until its specification has been checked against Jetour's requirement for your vehicle. Send your VIN and we will confirm what fits before you order.
Send your VIN (chassis number) and we will confirm the correct coolant for your Jetour T2 i-DM.
The coolant Jetour specifies for each cooling circuit of the T2 i-DM. ShipMyPart has not verified it; check the owner's manual or send us your VIN.
The 2027 sheet doesn't describe the cooling layout. Many plug-in hybrids cool the battery separately from the engine; we confirm your car's layout by VIN.
Don't assume so. The i-DM has a different engine and a high-voltage system.
Usually the car's thermal management is limiting charging to keep the battery temperature in range. Repeated warnings should be checked.
Only with the car off and cold, only in the correct reservoir, and only with the specified coolant. Never touch high-voltage parts.
ShipMyPart has not verified the capacities; we confirm them by VIN.
